EULA - End User License Agreement

BatchImage is a shareware. The downloaded package is a full function version.
When you first obtain a copy of BatchImage, you are granted an evaluation period
of not more than 15 days. You can distribute the downloaded unregistered copy of
BatchImage without any modification in any way you like. But you can't distribute any
of your registration names, registration code and other registration information or any
crack program with it.

This program, along with all documentation, is protected by copyright law. Unauthorized
reproducing, disassembling, reverse-engineering, or decompiling of this program, or any
portion of it or its documentation, is strictly prohibited.

Unauthorized altering (which includes, but is not limited to, hex-editing, "patching", or
"cracking") is strictly prohibited.

Distribution of your private registration name and key (which you receive upon
registration of BatchImage) is unauthorized, and may result in an invalidation of your
name and key. Invalid keys will not be supported by future versions of BatchImage.

THIS SOFTWARE IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS". NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED
OR IMPLIED. YOU USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE AUTHOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR
DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING
OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.
